What does it mean if there is no white substance that covers the components of a circuit?
I found this white material covering parts of the circuit board for my cell phone. What is this? Is it necessary to clean out or something?
It appears there may be corrosion. You may take a little alcohol and a toothbrush and gently remove it. That is, if it is powder. Has the mobile phone to moisture? What you can do if you get something moisture there. Or you take it to the beach, pool, etc.
