Would it really be better not to develop high-tech weapons to our enemies, for surely will take your secret?
My husband called from their training base where infantry are getting training. I love to hear from him and then my morale up 1000%! Most Our conversation was about family and express our own feelings of special love for each other. However, I am a very logical person (I'm Mathematics at the community college, but will let go and be with him, along with our dear sweet before birth. Anyway I logically began to question about their training and what kind of weapons and tactics that have been learning. Sometimes I go into a mode of speech that borders on interrogations (lol lol). Anyway, I said OPSEC (operational security) prevents discuss things, even with his beloved wife (lol lol). Ok, we have developed the atomic bomb and the Soviet Government stole technology from us. Gunpowder and guns replaced spears. The working capacity of metal ores and process developed in the weapons used in all armies.
There seems to be 2 schools of thought - 'Low Tech' vs. 'high technology'. the Soviets was low-tech, construction of lots and lots of bad and cheap and simple weapons systems. The West was built high-tech and less, better systems. In every conflict I can think of technology that faced East against Western technology from Korea, high-tech West has triumphed. Look at the Israelis kill accumulate huge to its relations with the United States against Arabs flight of Soviet planes. The war record of Abrams tanks against former Russian T-72 in Iraq. It appears that quality than quantity.
